Rental and Laundering of Food Services Uniforms
Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT
Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid

Nature of Requirements:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Depot Division has a requirement for the rental and laundering of Food Services uniforms in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Period of the Contract:
The period of the contract is from date of Contract award for a period of twenty-four (24) months.
Option Years:
One (1) additional twelve (12) month option period, under the same terms and conditions.
Security Requirement:
The contractor is required to have all personnel delivering to the site to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access with Escort as verified by the Personal Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
