Description of Work:
The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of two (2) Instructors (Junior Level) to provide classroom training for Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) courses, on an as and when requested basis, in both official languages, in the National Capital Region (NCR) and at various locations across Canada.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The services will be required for a period of one (1) year from date of contract award with the irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #2 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) - Reliability
Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement Applies: No
Applicable Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization
