Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

CORCAN Construction Pacific Region has a requirement to renovate a kitchen for Correctional Service of Canada. The jobsite is inside Pacific Institution, located in Abbotsford BC.

Objectives: Supply and Install of Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC and Supply and Install of Walk in Freezer and Cooler. Work is to be completed in a timely manner and as per the Statement of Work, Plans and Specifications.

Deliverables: Supply all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to complete the Statement of Work.

Site Visit:

A site visit has been scheduled for April 04, 2017 @ 11:00 AM PST. Contractors are to meet at the PWGSC Site Office in Matsqui Complex, located at 33344 King Road, Abbotsford BC.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

*Note* If the representative of the bidder previously attended the MANDATORY site visit on 09-March-2017, they are not required to attend again.

All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which meets WCB standards, for all site visits including a tender site visit. No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or laptop computers are allowed into institutions at any time.
