Description
Parks Canada Agency requires a Contractor to provide all labour, material and equipment for janitorial and cleaning services at the Grand-Pré National Historic Site for the Visitor Reception Center/Administration Office and the Memorial Church.
The period of the contract is from date of contract to October 31, 2018. Work must be perform during the period of May 15 to October31 for the first year and May 1 to October 31 for the second year of the contract.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.
A site visit is recommended.
Closing date for tender submissions is May 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
