One (1) Level 2 System Administrator
One (1) Level 3 Technical Architect

Description of Work:
For the duration of the contract the scope is to furtkher enhance the current Project Server 2010 environment to create a true Portfolio Management Information System. Working will include system enhancements, improved reporting capabilities, resource and demand management and integration SAP Project Systems (SAP PS). Ongoing technical support, training and knowledge transfer between the vendor and department staff will be required to ensure a stabilized support product. A significant importance is the use of Sequel Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for integrated reporting.
PMIS Phase 4 project will focus on an upgrade to a newer Microsoft Project Server applications, so significant work will focus on the technical set up, configuration and data migration.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
