TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: CANADA BORDER SERVICES AGENCY
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:
Project Management Services, 3.10 Technical Writer – Intermediate Level 2

Description of the Requirement:
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is currently undergoing a modernization of its asset management system namely SAP, in collaboration with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). The asset management system upgrades are the design phase and the new functionality will be released at the beginning of 2017. Once released, the DTFS will require solid SOPs to support the business implementation of the project with the end-users.
Therefore the service of one (1) Technical Writer is required to provide clear and detailed SOPs of the asset management system that will include the existing and newly implemented functionality for all roles and users.
It is intended to resulting in the award of one (1) contract of four (4) months plus two (2) two (2) months irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
