Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Parks Canada Agency [the “Client”] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The ATIP office requires four (4) ATIP consultants. It is intended to resulting in the award of up to 4 contract(s), 2 contracts for 2 year(s) and two (2) contracts for one (1) year, plus one (1) one-year irrevocable option(s) allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract for two resources shall be from the award of contract to March 31, 2019 and the proposed period of the contract for an additional two resources shall be from contract award to March 31, 2018 with one (1) one-year irrevocable option(s) allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 445 days (contract award to March 31, 2019) and 185 days (contract award to March 31, 2018).
