This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Stream 6: Financial Accounting Services against Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004)

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

Services of resources will be required on an as and when required basis. Specific tasks, activities, deliverables, initiative / project time lines, and milestones will be determined by the Project Authority at the time of the release of each Task Authorization (TA).

The successful Bidder may support various initiatives spanning three (3) focus areas identified in the Statement of Work.

Work could include activities within the following three (3) focus areas within Workstream 6: Financial and Accounting Services

Focus Areas 1: Performance Management and Reporting

Focus Areas 2: Service Costing and Cost Estimating

Focus Areas 3: Service Delivery Model Transformation

DURATION OF CONTRACT

Initial Term: Contract award – March 31, 2018

Option Period 1 – April 1, 2018 – March 31, 2019

Option Period 2– April 1, 2019 – March 31, 2020

Option Period 3 – April 1, 2021 – March 31, 2021
