DELIVERABLES / SCOPE OF WORK
The Department of Fisheries & Oceans is currently in the design process for a full building envelope restoration at the Kitsilano Coast Guard Base. The proposed work in this request package is to commence prior to exterior restoration and also work in conjunction with new window relocation framing. The request for proposal incorporates: the demo, rough-in and finishing of the second floor bathrooms and the later drywall completion of the bedrooms illustrated on the drawings. All works to occur with owner coordination.
EXPECTED START AND COMPLETION DATES
The services of the Contractor will be commencing upon contract award. The expected completion date of this project is November 30, 2017.
