Notification of Proposed Procurement (NPP)
This requirement is for: The Public Health Agency of Canada.
Suppliers may not submit a proposal in response to a solicitation unless they have been invited to do so as it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement process.
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSSB who qualified under Tier 1 for the following stream:

Description of the Requirement:
The Office of Audit and Evaluation (OAE), Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada, is seeking the services of a Contractor to conduct an Evaluation of the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch (FNIHB) First Nations and Inuit Home and Community Care (FNIHCC) Program. The objective of the evaluation is to assess the relevance and performance (effectiveness, efficiency and economy) of the activities of the FNIHCC Program between April 2012 and March 2017.
Level of Security Requirement:
- Access to PROTECTED and CLASSIFIED information and/or assets;
- Type of Information: CANADA ;
- No release restrictions ;
- Level of information – PROTECTED A and B;
- Personnel Security level – RELIABILITY STATUS;
- Supplier to receive and store PROTECTED and/or CLASSIFIED information or assets on its site or premises;
- Supplier is required to use its IT systems to electronically process, produce or store PROTECTED and/or CLASSIFIED information or data;

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to April 30, 2018 inclusive.
