    Nature of Requirements: Fire Alarm Monitoring, Multiple Locations Across Alberta

    This tender is for ULC certified fire alarm and fire alarm panel trouble signal receiving services, to include the monitoring of monitoring equipment and reacting to all fire panels and sprinkler alarm conditions, for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) - ‘K’ Division Crown owned and operated buildings within the Province of Alberta, twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year without interruption, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions outlined in the Request for Proposal.

    Period of the Contract:

    The period of the Contract is from Contract Award for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.

    Security Requirement:

    There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

    Evaluation Procedures:

    Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.

    Basis of Selection:

    A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
