Description
The purpose of this RFP is to select a supplier to enter into a contract with the Canada High Commission in Singapore to provide cleaning services for the Chancery building which includes offices, a reception area and an immigration reception area as described in the Statement of Work – Annex A.
The Work is to be performed from the contract award date (tentatively set for July 24,2017 for a period of 2 years . However, in the event of unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date. There is also the potential of two (2) additional one year irrevocable option period under the same terms and conditions.
There is a mandatory Bidder's conference and site visit associated with this requirement.
