Description
This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/B and covers a requirement from the following Product Category(ies) of the SA:
- Product Category 2 - Freestanding Height Adjustable Desk
- Product Category 6 – Collaborative Furnitures (Seating, Tables, etc.)
There will be one contract awarded per Category of Products.
The initial contract will cover the purchase, delivery and installation of 262 Sit/Stand Range Height Adjustable Work Surfaces, 20 2-Seaters, 16 3-Seaters, and 50 Flip Tables to be delivered and installed at 5343 Dundas Street West, Toronto (Etobicoke), ON, M9B 6K5 not before 1 November 2017. The Project Authority will promulgate the exact timing at a later date pending renovation completion.
The bid solicitation is also open to suppliers who are not Supply Arrangement (SA) holders. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60PQ-140003/B and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS - https://buyandsell.gc.ca/policy-and-guidelines/standard-acquisition-clauses-and-conditions-manual). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.
