TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.

This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories:

One (1) Level 2 Change Management Consultant under the TSPS Business Consulting/Change Management Stream 2.6; and

One (1) Level 2 Project Administrator for Real Property under the TSPS Real Property Project Management Services Stream 4.1.

Description of the Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services for the services of one (1) Level 2 Change Management Consultant and one (1) Level 2 Project Administrator. It is intended to resulting in the award of one (1) contract for one (1) year, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award date to 31 July 2018.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for up to 240 days.
