Water Treatment Plant Preventative Maintenance Services Amaranth, MB

REQUIREMENT

RCMP D Div. Asset Management requires a service contract that will furnish all necessary labour, supervision, transportation, material, tools and equipment to provide inspection, treatment performance and preventative maintenance services for both the water treatment plant, in accordance with Annex A – Scope of Work, for the RCMP in Amaranth, MB.

TERM OF CONTRACT: The period of the Contract is from date of award for a twenty – four (24) month period and an irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods under the same terms and conditions.

The RCMP is looking to establish one contract as defined in Annex “A” Statement of Work in the Invitation to Tender.

Optional Site Visit: Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work sites. All vendors are requested to meet at the front entrance of the Amaranth RCMP Detachment, located at 281 Kinosota Road S, Amaranth, MB, on July 26^th, 2017 @ 10:30 a.m..

INQUIRIES: All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Sandra E. Robinson, by email at sandra.robinson@rcmp-grc.gc.ca .

All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

As per the Standard Instruction, Clauses and Conditions 2003 (2017-04-27) contained in the ITT:
