Description
The National Research Council, Information and Communication Technologies has a requirement for a Gas Guard Specialty Gas System, whereby the contractor will compile data for 35 pieces of equipment ICT is presently using for gas monitoring. The contractor will design a software program (not off the shelf) that will be used to control, monitor and remotely view gas limits/problems and address safety issues .The contractor will segregate data/feedback of (NRC owned) gas storages and distributions from a safety shutdown functionality point of view.
The functionality capture will bring CPFC gas storage and distribution functionality to current levels used by foundries today, enhance reliability, data trending and better access to process gas informatics
