Description of the Requirement:
Canada is seeking to establish a contract for the professional services as defined in the Business Consulting / Change Management Stream 2 of the TSPS Supply Arrangement (S.A.) E60ZN-16TSSB. The contractor is required to perform services on an as and when requested basis as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work, from the date of Contract award for two years with 1 additional one year option period for the National Energy Board.
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: DOS – Reliability
Proposed period of Contract:
The proposed period of contract will be from the date of award for two years, with 1 additional one year option period.
NEB intends to award up to two (2) Contracts.
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)
