Road Rehabilitation - Ya Ha Tinda Ranch

Requirement:

Parks Canada Agency requires re-alignment of approximately 3 km of the highland portion of the Ya Ha Tinda Ranch access road to move away from the nearby eroding banks of Scalp Creek in addition to re-grading, gravel re-surfacing and culvert installation work along the 6km road to improve the surface condition and drainage characteristics.

Optional Site Visit:

There will be an optional site visit on July 21, 2017 at 1:00 PM (MDT). Interested bidders are to meet at the Ya Ha Tinda Ranch.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
