This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders for Task Based Professional Services under E60ZN-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category(ies):

Description of the Requirement:
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The services of a Human Resources Consultant are required to complete a Military Employment Structure Implementation Plan (MESIP) for the Chief Petty Officer 1st Class and Chief Warrant Officer (CPO1 and CWO) Strategic Employment Model Project.
This RFP is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.

For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award to February 28, 2019.

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 350 (days)
