    Support for Multiple Finance Projects

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSSB who qualified under Tier 1 for the following streams:

    • Stream 2: Business Consulting/Change Management Services Stream
    • Stream 3: Project Management Services Stream

    The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

    Requirement:

    The Finance Directorate at Public Safety Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to support numerous finance projects. Some of the projects are currently underway while others are still in the very early planning phase.

    One of the major projects currently underway, and for which Contractor support is required, is the further development of the Travel, Hospitality, Conference and Event Expenditures (THCEE) Application. This application is currently used to track the annual planning process of THCEE, including both recording and approval.

    Other related projects that will require Contractor support will include but not be limited to:

    • Creation of new training programs
    • Revisions to existing training programs
    • Training strategy development
    • Training related to financial processes and procedures
    • Drafting financial related policy and procedures
    • Resource management related processes
    • Communication and change management
    • Business process documentation

    All services will be identified through Task Authorizations.

    Level of Security Requirement:

    Company Minimum Security Level Required: Designated Organizational Screening (D)S)

    Resource Minimum Security Level Required Reliability

    Proposed period of contract:

    The date of the contract is from the date of contract award plus a period of one year and up to two, one-year option periods.
