NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
Procurement of lounge furniture for the Canadian Forces.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase lounge chairs, table tops, and table bases.
More specifically the requirement entails the purchase of;
- quantity one hundred and fifty (150) lounge chairs;
- quantity thirty six (36) lounge table tops, and;
- quantity seventy two (72) bases.
Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Nature of Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for stackable lounge chairs, table tops and bases for the Canadian Forces Station (CFS) Leitrim All Ranks Mess (ARM).
Delivery Date: no later than 06 October 2017
Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
