Description
As part of DFOs commitment to the Shared Case Management System (SCMS), the department plans to investigate and implement a standardized, enterprise wide Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM/xRM platform which will on-board all relationship, case and event management systems and processes to support clients and users. The department requires the deep expertise of a supplier to provide an assessment of the MS Dynamics CRM platform, and make recommendations on how a case management solution can be deployed across to support DFO’s business requirements for the Case Management project.
The DFO seeks to establish one (1) Contract with a qualified Vendor to design and develop an enterprise framework and solution for MS Dynamics that supports the EFMSI program for rationalizing the various regional licensing management systems, and aligns to the SCMS end-state managed by PSPC.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
