Description
The Canadian Hazards Information Systems (CHIS) operate the Canadian National Seismic Network (CNSN) which consists of nearly 150 digital seismograph and infrasound stations across Canada. All data is forwarded in real time to data acquisition centers in Sidney, BC and Ottawa, ON. There are a total of four infrasound sensing elements located on the Elginfield Observatory, property of The University of Western Ontario.The scope of the resulting contract is to provide troubleshooting and maintenance services to the network of digital infrasound on the Elginfield Observatory (Elginfield, Ontario).
