Description
This requirement is for: Correctional Service Canada (CSC) requires abatement services from a company certified in the removal of lead paint from exterior metal staircases. Upon completion of lead paint abatement stairs will require a new protective paint coating.

Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The existing stairs are used as a Fire Emergency Exit and one set of stairs is used as maintenance access to a mechanical room. These stairs are starting to rust and are in need of a new protective paint coating. Prior to new paint being applied the current lead containing paint needs to be safely removed.
Deliverables: Contractor must provide all personnel, tools, services, supplies, materials, supervision and equipment to complete the work as described. All material shall be new.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: Project shall be complete twelve (12) weeks after award of contract.
