Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide HCV specialist services to offenders at Warkworth Institution.
Objectives: To identify, educate, treat and manage offenders with HCV within Warkworth Institution. The goal is to reduce the overall transmission of HCV within the offender population and community and where possible and consistent with existing clinical guidelines initiate and manage as many offenders as possible on treatment while ensuring safe competent care.
Deliverables: To provide HCV specialist services to Warkworth Institution, through on-site or video conference clinics. This will include up to a maximum of 20 sessions (half days) per year. An additional one session per year will be for the provision of clinical training in HCV therapy and awareness training for Ontario Region health care professionals.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020 inclusive, with three(3) one year options.

The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
