AMENDMENT 004: Offerors must submit offers in accordance with this amended Annex "B", Basis of Payment. Offers not submitted in accordance with this amended Annex "B", Basis of Payment will be deemed non-responsive to the requirements of the Request for Standing Offer.
Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency requires a number of various janitorial and cleaning supplies and equipment for all washrooms, kitchen shelters and picnic areas in Jasper National Park.
The majority of the janitorial and cleaning supplies are required from May through September, with some supplies available over the winter as needed.
Delivery of supplies during May through September must be within one week of order placement. Delivery during October through April must be within two weeks of order placement.
Delivery locations:
Jasper National Park: all washrooms, kitchen shelters and picnic areas.
The Standing Offer will be for a period of one year (until August 31, 2018) with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods.

Information:
National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
