Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a floor covering and tile installer in Regina, SK in the form of call-ups. Services are to be provided on an “as required basis”. The contract period will be for two (2) years from the date of award with an irrevocable option to extend the contract for one (1) additional one (1) year period.
Security Requirement: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of RCMP Reliability Status as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.
Mandatory Technical Criteria: Offers not meeting the following mandatory requirement at the time of closing will be deemed non-compliant and receive no further consideration.
- Journeyperson Floor Covering Installer – Offeror must have in their employ at least one Interprovincial Red Seal Journeyperson Floor Covering Installer. Employee(s) names must be identified in Annex F and submitted with the offer.
Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.
