Scope of Work:
FCC is releasing this RFQ to identify and select an external party that will develop and deliver a consultative training session that will help FCC to identify and successfully manage inquiries from non-traditional media and respond to social media posts that could potentially harm FCC’s reputation.
FCC expects respondents to have deep and demonstrated expertise in the media relations and social media field with specific experience dealing with the propagation of fake news, crisis communications and reputation management.
RFQ Schedule:
- RFQ issue date: September 6th, 2017
- Vendor questions accepted until: September 14th at 12:00 PM, CST
- Responses to questions provided by: September 18th at 5:00 PM, CST
- RFQ closing date and time: September 25th at 12:00 PM, CST
