Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals is for the provision of process-serving services for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada’s (PPSC) Quebec Regional Office.
The deliverables must include (1) Firm Daily Pick-up Regular Services, (2) As and When Requested – Urgent Services; sort and issue legal documents, to serve individuals, legal representation and/or corporations and to file a number of different types of legal documents with various courts and tribunals in the province of Quebec.
The security requirements associated with this requirement are described in the bid solicitation.
This bid solicitation process may result in the award of a contract from contract award date up to and including August 31st, 2018 plus three (3) additional one (1) year irrevocable periods allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract as well as the option to increase the scope of the requirement if required.
All parts of the tasks and deliverables of this requirement must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) described in the bid solicitation.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of Trade Agreements.
