SCOPE OF WORK
The work consists of upgrading the existing security system by installing a new CCTV surveillance system and more card access control / intrusion alarm.
In general, work under this contract consists of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:
•Remove all the existing fence alarms and the wind sensors for fence alarms.
•Supply and install four 180o weatherproof cameras and long range illuminators
•Supply and install seven 90o weatherproof cameras and long range illuminators
•Supply and install 6 camera signal transmitters / receivers, 1 remote monitoring workstation, 1 LED display, 1 network digital video recorder etc.
•Supply and install 44 new door contacts and 15 new motion detectors.
•Supply and install 4 new or upgraded sub-intrusion alarm panels, 1 new or upgraded intrusion alarm panel.
•Supply and install 4 card readers, and related door strikes etc.
•Miscellaneous work related to the security camera system, the intrusion alarm system and the door access control system, such as wires, cables, conduit, junction boxes, etc.
•Programing, testing and commissioning the security camera system, the intrusion alarm system, and the door access control system.
•Remove surplus materials, clean any/all areas involved in the contract.

The location of the work site is as followed:
Mactaquac Biodiversity Facility, 114 Fish Hatchery Lane, Kingsclear, NB, E3E 2C6.
