    Description

    Environment Canada has a requirement for annual bacteriological water quality surveys of bivalve molluscan shellfish growing areas to evaluate if the harvest areas continue to meet the Canadian Shellfish Sanitation Program and the National Shellfish Sanitation Program classification standards. Surveys will be conducted in selected shellfish growing areas throughout Northeastern New Brunswick, as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation. The period of the contract is from Contract Award to March 31, 2018, with the option for four additional one-year periods: April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019; April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020; April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021; and April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022
