TSPS - Project Leader/Executive

There is an immediate requirement for professional services for two (2) Project Executives to assist the Project Governance and Gate Review organization in fulfilling its corporate mandate which includes strengthening and maturing the Department’s Portfolio and Project Management discipline and providing project/portfolio management advice, support, and monitoring services to local and regional stakeholders engaged in major capital infrastructure project and portfolio management and oversight activities within the Department including Portfolio and Project Sponsors, Project Leads, Capital Managers, Engineers, Project Management Offices, and Project Management Support/Control Offices.

This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region under the E60ZT-16TSPS series of SAs for the following categories:

•Two (2) Level 3 Project Leader/Executive under Stream 3 (Project Management Services)

It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for one (1) years, plus two (2), one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).

SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five (5) working days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system.
