Description of the Requirement:
The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. DND requires the services of a Compensation Consultant to provide support and advice during the execution of a First Principles Review of Military Total Compensation for the Canadian Armed Forces and to validate the results of the review.
It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract from contract award to December 31, 2018, plus one (1) one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract to December 31, 2019.
There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to December 31, 2018.

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 80 (days)
