The Work will focus on simulating the impacts of land use (e.g. built-environment) or transportation system changes (e.g. type of vehicle fuel, or route changes) on ambient air quality, exposure to air pollution, and associated economic, social, and health impacts, in an easily interpretable visual format.

The period of the Contract will be from date of Contract to March 31, 2020 inclusive with an irrevocable option on the part of Canada to extend the contract period of any resultant contract by up to 1 additional 1 year period.

    TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

MANDATORY AND POINT RATED TECHNICAL EVALUATION CRITERIA:

The Mandatory and Point Rated Technical Evaluation Criteria are included in Attachment 2 of the bid solicitation.

    MAXIMUM FUNDING:

The maximum funding available for the Contract resulting from the bid solicitation is $504,000.00 (Applicable Taxes extra). Bids valued in excess of this amount will be considered non-responsive. This disclosure does not commit Canada to pay the maximum funding available.
