Description
CMHC wishes to enter into Agreement(s) with up to three vendors for the purpose of providing Progress Advance Validations and Full, Drive-by and Desk Appraisals for residential properties on an as-needed basis. Consideration will be given to responses from proponents that can provide services on a National basis.
This Agreement will have an initial term of up to three years, with the potential to renew for two subsequent one-year renewals, not to exceed a cumulative total of five years. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. Ottawa time, on November 6, 2017.
