1.Intent
Many NCC sites and programs attract large numbers of visitors every year. The NCC wishes to ensure visitors are provided with services and facilities that enhance their experience and that create safe, enjoyable environments for the public. By way of this Invitation to Tender (ITT), the NCC wishes to retain the services of a company to supply and service temporary washroom facilities at certain sites and for programs.
2.Duration of the Contract
This contract is for a period of three (3) years, commencing upon signing of the contract (October 2017) and ending on October 31st, 2020.
Year 1: Nov 1, 2017 to Oct 31, 2018
Year 2: Nov 1, 2018 to Oct 31, 2019
Year 3: Nov 1, 2019 to Oct 31, 2020
3.Scope of Work
The provision, maintenance, installation and removal of portable toilets, universally accessible portable toilets and temporary hand wash stations on NCC properties within the National Capital Region

PUBLIC TENDERING OPENING: A public tender opening will be held shortly after bid closing at 40 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON at the Security Office on the 2nd Floor

Enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted in writing to the Senior Contract Officer as early as possible within the solicitation period. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to Bidders, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this tender sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a tender.
