NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Tracked Excavator, to be delivered to Port of Valleyfield for the North Warning System (NWS). The Tracked Excavator must meet the requirements set out in the Purchase Description (Annex B of this Request For Proposal)
Quantity:
This procurement is for the purchase of one (1) Tracked Excavator, various attachments, parts, documentation and training to be delivered to Port of Valleyfield for the North Warning System (NWS) requirements.
The procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.
This procurement is subject to the following trade agreements:

Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement

There is no security requirement associated with this requirement nor is this procurement subject to the controlled goods Program.
Delivery is requested by May 1, 2018
