Requirement for three (3) Front Mowers.
This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada.
Trade agreement: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Tendering procedures: The suppliers listed in this notice and qualified under the Gardening Implements and Tools Supply Arrangement have been invited to submit a bid.
Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid.
Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
Nature of Requirements: This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work Stream Gardening Implements and Tools against the Supply Arrangement (SA) E60HS-17MOWR/. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: Kubota Canada Ltd. and Podolinsky Equipment Ltd.
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to purchase 3 Front Mowers.
Deliverables: Two (2) front mowers for Collins Bay and one (1) front mower for Matsqui Institution.
Term of Contract: From contract award date to March 1, 2018.
Delivery Date: All the deliverables must be received on or before March 1, 2018.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
