    This requirement is for: Finance Canada

    The Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued against the Professional Audit Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS SA) file number E60ZQ-140002. All terms and conditions of the SA apply and will be incorporated into any resulting contract.

    Description of requirement:

    The Department of Finance Canada (FIN) requires the services of a Contractor to perform a report on the completeness and effectiveness of solutions that Farm Credit Canada (FCC) has developed in response to Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) recommendations. These recommendations were to address gaps in its risk management practices as they relate to OSFI’s regulations, which were identified through a review of FCC completed by OSFI in 2013. The objective of the review is to evaluate the implementation in regards to OSFI’s recommendations in the context of:

    1. Completeness and effectiveness
    2. Appropriateness and reasonableness of FCC’s response to address recommendations

    Proposed period of contract:

    The contract period will be from date of contract award until March 30, 2018.

    Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the Contracting Officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement.
