    Description

    ECCC has a requirement for a travel arranger to book hotel facilities from December 1, 2018 to December 14, 2018, inclusively (13 nights) for up to 75 participants who will be attending the Conference of the Parties (COP 24) event that will be held in Kadowice, Poland.

    Any interested supplier must demonstrate by way of a Statement of Capabilities that it meets the following minimum requirements:

    a) Must demonstrate that it an authorized travel arranger designated and authorized by the Government of Poland to book facilities in support of the COP 24 event.

    b) Must provide hotel facilities for 75 participants (13 nights) at a minimum 3 star location.

    c) The proposed hotel facilities must be located in Kadowice Poland
