This requirement is open only to the following Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS) Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the Task and Solutions Professional Services SA.

The RFP is issued against the (TSPS) Supply Arrangement (SA) PWGSC file number E60ZT-16TSPS. All terms and conditions of the SA apply and must be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of the requirement:

The purpose of this project is to support the Office of the Commissioner in its performance measurement efforts by conducting anonymous observations of bilingual points of service to the public.

Security Level: None

The Contractor will provide the services on an "as and when requested" basis.

Proposed period of contract: The resulting Contract will begin on January 18, 2018 and will end on January 19, 2019, with 2 additional 1 year option period.
