Term of Agreement: One (1) year term, plus four (4) option years.
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation issued by the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation (CDIC) to prospective candidates to submit proposals for advertising services. All proposals submitted in response to this RFP will be evaluated in a competitive process leading to the selection of a qualified firm to enter into a “Professional Services Agreement” (the “Agreement”).
The Project budget is estimated to be approximately $4,300,000 for the 2018/2019 fiscal year including creative production costs for all ads, all media purchases, all fees, any commission costs, all pre-approved related expenses and all taxes. The budgets for subsequent years are not yet determined. The strategy, along with associated budgets, are reviewed and approved annually by CDIC’s Board of Directors.
CDIC retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
