Description of this requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Office of the Ombudsman DND/CAF, “the Ombudsman". Using PASS-SA Category under Stream 6: Financial and Accounting Services, we are looking for an Auditor.

The Office of the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Forces (CF) Ombudsman (the “Office”) in Ottawa, Ontario, requires a contractor to perform quarterly and year end internal audits of our financial documents as well as specific audits in accordance with our financial framework under the direction of the Financial Officer and secondly to review the existing process, forms, reports and presentations and provide ready to use tools and suggestions for improvements to the existing internal audit process.
