ITQ Scope: FCC is releasing this ITQ as the first phase in a non-binding, competitive procurement process, which will enable FCC to identify the different CRM technology solutions currently available in the market, and determine the solutions that provide the best opportunity for improvement to FCC’s current CRM capabilties, and the best fit with its potential future CRM needs. The expected outcome of the ITQ is to develop a short-list of qualified vendors that will be invited to participate in subsequent phases of the procurement process. 

Vendors are advised that FCC’s objective is to assess CRM software products only, and is not seeking consulting or implementation services at this time.

ITQ Schedule:

• ITQ issue date: January 18, 2018
• Vendor question and answer session (via conference call): February 5^th, 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm CST
• ITQ closing date and time: February 20^th at 12:00 PM (noon) CST

ITQ Process Considerations

Vendors should note that:

• this opportunity notice references an ITQ, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the ITQ scope, and may cancel the ITQ at any time.
• FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
