Fire Systems Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs

This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Drumheller Institution is requesting services to provide annual inspection, testing and certification of the fire systems to ensure compliance with all necessary fire codes. This contract will also include all repairs and maintenance as required over the contract period.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to meet all necessary Provincial, Federal and Municipal codes in regards to the fire systems. This contract will also include all repairs and maintenance as required over the contract period.

Objectives: Drumheller Institution is requesting services to provide annual inspection, testing and certification of the fire systems to ensure compliance with all necessary fire codes. This contract will also include all repairs and maintenance as required over the contract period.

Deliverables:

a) The Contractor is responsible to provide the annual testing and certification of the Fire Systems and provide the final certification.

b) Provide complete documentation of the entire fire system test and certification, including a listing of all deficiencies and the repair and retesting of deficiencies to the contract authority.

Term of Contract: The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2023 inclusive.
