Description of Work:
This resource will lead in providing training and guidance to FIRMS staff related to workflow and the P2P system as a whole. The resource will provide training and guidance to FIRMS staff in the design and architecture behind the P2P and workflow technologies to ensure FIRMS staff develops the knowledge and expertise to design workflow improvements that meet client expectations, while following best SAP workflow practices.
