    Description

    1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/B and covers a requirement from the following Product Category (ies) of the SA:

    - Product Category 1 -

    1. Le présent APM est émis conformément à l’arrangement en matière d’approvisionnement (AMA) no E60PQ-140003/B de TPSGC, et il concerne un besoin des catégories suivantes définies dans l’AMA :

    - Catégorie 1 : Cloisons interraccordables et Systèmes autostables.

    2. Pêches et Océans Canada a un besoin d’acheter des produits d’ameublement et de les faire livrer et installer à l’Institut Maurice-Lamontagne, 850 route de la Mer, Mont-Joli, QC par le 23 mars 2018.

    3. Le présent APM concerne un besoin devant faire l’objet d’une demande de soumissions auprès des fournisseurs généraux (titulaires d’un AMA).

    4. Ce besoin est soumis aux dispositions de l’Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC), de l’Accord de libre-échange nord-américain (ALENA), de l’Accord de libre-échange Canada-Colombie, de l’Accord de libre-échange Canada-Chili, de l’Accord de libre-échange Canada-Panama, de l’Accord de libre-échange Canada-Honduras, de l’Accord de libre-échange Canada-Pérou et de l’Accord sur les marchés publics de l’organisation mondiale du commerce (AMP-OMC).

    5. La demande de soumissions s’adresse aux fournisseurs qui ne sont pas titulaires d’un arrangement en matière d'approvisionnement (AMA). Pour que de nouveaux fournisseurs puissent présenter des soumissions relatives à cette demande de soumissions, ils doivent d'abord se qualifier pour être admissibles à un AMA. Le processus devant être suivi pour devenir admissible à un AMA est décrit dans la DAMA E60PQ-140003/B, et peut être consulté sur le Service électronique d’appel d’offres du gouvernement (SEAOG – https://achatsetventes.gc.ca/donnees-sur-l-approvisionnement/appels-d-offres). Le Canada n'est pas tenu de retarder l'attribution d'un contrat subséquent pour accorder au responsable de l'arrangement en matière d'approvisionnement de TPSGC le temps nécessaire à l'évaluation d’un arrangement et à l’attribution d’un AMA.

    2. Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office furniture to Institut Maurice-Lamontagne, 850, route de la Mer, Mont-Joli, QC by March 23, 2018.

    3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders).

    4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).

    5. The bid solicitation is also open to suppliers who are not Supply Arrangement (SA) holders. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60PQ-140003/B and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS - https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority.
    6. There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
