Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to seek quality linguistic interpretation services, on an “as and when required basis” to the sites in the Ontario Region, in an accurate and timely fashion

Objectives: To provide in-person consecutive interpretation services for meetings between Correctional Service of Canada staff, Parole Board of Canada members, and their clients (federal offenders), who do not have a good understanding of English or French.

Deliverables: The Correctional Service of Canada requires professional consecutive interpretation services for a variety of foreign languages. Services will be delivered on-site, at institutions and parole offices, and off-site by teleconference

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of Apr 1 2018  to Mar 31 2019 with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
