Description
NRCan is seeking a Service Provider to recruit and coordinate the Technical Review Panels for the Letters of Intent (LOIs) and Full Project Proposals (FPPs) for the Clean Growth in Natural Resource Sectors Program (CGP). The scope of work will include the recruitment and management of some non-government subject matter expert (SMEs) reviewers, and coordination and facilitation of LOI and FPP technical review panels (including a mix of government and recruited technical reviewers).
