CMHC wishes to enter into a standing offer agreement with a number of consultants to provide services for the effective development, organization, facilitation, and results documentation of solutions labs. Solutions Labs will seek to bring together key stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to examine priority area housing issues and co-develop practical, tangible, and feasible solutions that can be tested and implemented in a reasonable time frame. It is anticipated that solutions lab scope, size, and duration will reflect the level of complexity of the issue being addressed, time constraints, and breadth of stakeholder engagement.
The term of this standing offer is expected to be for 3 years. The value of this standing offer is $3 million annually with individual contracts under this standing offer to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFSO document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on April 13, 2018.
